Mystic Design items are handmade and created to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All damage claims require the following:

Claims submitted without complete information cannot be processed. This protects both our customers and our business.
