Processing Time: All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
Shipping Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our studio. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All damage claims require:
Claims submitted without complete information cannot be processed. This policy protects both our customers and our business.
Lost Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. We will assist where possible, but we cannot replace orders that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
